Digital strategist based in Toronto, Canada.
(Professional digital strategy guy.)
(Amateur data geek, copywriter, designer, and cook.)

The skinny.
For almost 20 years, I’ve been helping businesses digitally transform.
I’ve worked with some of the largest retailers in the world, helping them connect with their customers, both in-house and as an agency partner.
Things I think about a lot.
Building experiences, making connections, and using the tools at my disposal. Over my career, I’ve assembled a wide array of skills that have helped me solve my clients’ problems. Working in technology since the early days of the (consumer-facing) internet means that I can talk to the devs. My career start as an excel and desktop database jock means that I can talk to the data scientists. And my amateur status as an Adobe Creative Cloud tinkerer means that I can relate to the designers.
All are ingredients of a recipe that I use to cook. Fundamentally, it’s all about the people and the problem, and identifying which ingredient tastes the best (solves the problem.)
The rest is just parsley.
Where I’ve Done This
Publicis Sapient
Since 2015, I’ve been part of Publicis Sapient’s retail leadership, working with our clients transform into digital-first organizations. My goal is to help our clients realize the criticality of digital experiences in an increasingly touchless world.
Indigo
Indigo Books and Music is one of Canada’s most cherished brands and a pioneer in omnichannel experiences. I was proud to lead digital product management during a time of retail unrest in Indigo’s core vertical, print and media sales.
Walmart
The world’s largest retailer, and the “Fortune 1” on Forbes’ Fortune 500 list for eight years running, Walmart is leading the digital revolution for retailers. I’ve worked with Walmart, both inside and as an agency partner, since 2011, helping the organization maintain its standing as a digital trailblazer.
Fun.
I love music. I love design. Sometimes I try to bring the two together. Check it out!
